I have always been dedicated to helping others and challenging my clients to reach their goals. As I grow personally, my passion for health and fitness stems from my natural desire to continually better myself through physical activity, peace of mind, clarity and the constant challenge for knowledge and growth.
I love clients who are ready to work hard and reach their fitness objectives, I’m here to help them set attainable goals and surpass them. I have worked with clients in the 1st – 8th grade with goals ranging from skill improvement, ball handling and physical growth. My goal as a trainer and coach is to help young men and women learn and enjoy the process that leads to their success.
While I was a student at Cherry Creek High School, I was the Head Coach at Gold Crown Foundation (2014- 2016) and Jewish Community Center (2015- 2016). Throughout the year, I coached up to 30 kids during a season and taught them the basic fundamentals of basketball. I have been passionate about helping children improve their skills using a wide range of programs from ball handling, shooting and passing, while increasing their basketball knowledge.
Currently, as a freshman at Metro State University, I continue to pursue my coaching career and was fortunate to be given the head coach position for the 2016- 2017 Campus Middle Schools 8th grade boys’ basketball team where we enjoyed a winning season. As head coach, I focused my attention on making sure the time I spent with them was as rewarding for them as it was for me. My goal was not only to educate them on basketball techniques and skills but to teach them about teamwork and setting goals for themselves.
Coaching, is my passion and I look forward to serving you and your friends for many years to come.
Jay Mills

Since 1985, I have been the owner of Jay’s Valet Parking, LLC, which currently operates in five states and employs several hundred people. I am also a Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker/Owner since 1996 with CRS and GRI Designations. My passion is to constantly educate myself and be surrounded by good, kind, loving people.
